Packing slips read for you
Photograph or upload a supplier's packing slip. An AI model (Anthropic's Claude) reads the header and every pallet line into a review screen; a person checks it against the slip before anything is received.

Pallet-level inventory management
Track and Pack is designed to manage inventory pallet by pallet. It runs a plant's packing floor, shipping office and quality lab in one web application. Every pallet is weighed, labelled and traced; every shipment gets its paperwork; every lot can carry its test results to the customer.
Now being rebuilt for the cloud on Microsoft Azure, so a plant can be run from any browser, anywhere.

End to end
These parts are built and released today. They share one database, so a lot number, a pallet or a customer means the same thing on every screen.
Raw materials received against supplier packing slips, with stock labels and barcodes for each supplier pallet.
Customer orders and recipes. Starting production deducts the raw materials the recipe calls for.
Each pallet is weighed at the packing station and labelled with its spec, lot and net weight.
Each lot is tested against each customer's limits while its pallets wait in inventory, ready for the Certificate of Analysis.
Pallets are picked onto packing lists, packing lists onto bills of lading with their certificates. Shipped paperwork is locked.
Inventory, aging, lot traceability, production, raw material consumption and quality reports.
The pallet is the unit Track and Pack counts. Every finished pallet is its own record: its spec, lot, gross, tare and net weight, its label, who packed it, and the packing list and bill of lading it left on. Supplier pallets are received the same way, one by one. Inventory, aging and traceability add up pallet by pallet, so any pallet can be found, reprinted or traced to its customer.
Shop floor
Packing a pallet is one step at the station. Track and Pack weighs it, works out the net weight, prints its labels and adds it to inventory.
Ready-to-use packing stations, supplied and supported by Streamline Technical. Or use any PC with a browser.
Raw materials and orders
Photograph or upload a supplier's packing slip. An AI model (Anthropic's Claude) reads the header and every pallet line into a review screen; a person checks it against the slip before anything is received.
Receipts, adjustments and on-hand stock for each raw material, with barcodes for scanner-driven intake.
Recipes say what each product is made of. Customer orders track every line from pending to shipped, with fulfillment against the pallets actually packed.
Raw material deducted when production starts, with consumption reports by material and by order.
Sales and purchasing
Sales and purchasing read the same records the floor writes, so the numbers change the moment a pallet is packed, a delivery is received or production starts.
Finished goods on hand by spec: how many pallets and pounds, how much is already reserved, what is still available and how long it has been waiting. Sales can see what is ready to ship before quoting, without walking the floor.
Every raw material has a reorder point. The dashboard flags each material at or below it as stock is received and used, and the reorder report shows how many days each one has left at its current rate of use, so you know when to reorder.
Quality lab
The quality module replaces lab spreadsheets with one record per test, judged against the right limits and ready to put on a certificate.
The cloud edition
Track and Pack is being rebuilt as a cloud service on Microsoft Azure. Managers, the lab and the office will reach every screen from any browser, at the plant, at home or on the road, with nothing to install.
New features coming in 2027.
Dashboards, reports, orders, packing lists and quality results from the office, from home or from another site, on a PC, a laptop or a phone.
Scales and label printers stay on the plant's own network, and the plant opens nothing to the internet.
Multi-factor sign-in for every user, encrypted connections, and each company's data kept separate from every other's.
Access and security
One person can hold several roles, and each role sets a level for each area of the site: administration, quality and shipping. Menus show only what a person's roles can open.
Works with
Networked thermal label printers, including Tharo and Zebra
Industrial scales connected to the network
Any barcode scanner that types into the screen
Track and Pack Consoles, or any PC with a browser
Other printers and scales can be added; we check compatibility before anything is signed.
